That was pretty cool Paul! I had no idea that your studio conversion was so extensive. Talk about a Mega Makeover! It looks like Sonny has his work cut out for him and he certainly seems to be an expert. Oh, and he definitely does NOT look 60yrs old! Now that thousands of women in the valley know that he’s single, he won’t be single for long! There’s just something sexy about a man doing construction. My husband of 33yrs will be 60yrs old next month and he can’t even hammer nails! His many talents lie elsewhere, so he’s still very sexy to me.
